Sweeter than the Holidays Brownies
This deliciously sweet fudgy brownies are perfect for the holidays! Incorporating your Nabisco favorites, they include OREOs, Chips Ahoy! cookies, and graham crackers all in one deliciously fudgy bite.
Ingredients
- 1.25 sticks of unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large cold eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain/all purpose flour
- 9 OREO cookies, whole
- 4 Chips Ahoy! chocolate chip cookies, crumbled
- 3 graham crackers, crumbled
- 2 candy canes
Instructions
- Begin by preheating oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine in a microwave safe bowl the butter, salt, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Microwave for 30 second intervals. Continue to to take out and stir until all contents are well mixed.
- Add in eggs, vanilla, and mix well.
- Fold in flour until fully combined.
- Pour half of batter content into a 8x8 inch pan, spreading out evenly.
- Now evenly place in OREOs, 3 rows of 3 cookies.
- Pour the remaining batter content over the top of the placed OREOs until fully covered.
- Take Chips Ahoy! cookies and break up into large chunks. Placing large chunks on top of batter.
- Place Honey Maid graham crackers within plastic bag and crush until all content has turned into crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs on top of the above.
- Place candy canes within plastic bag and crust until all content has turned into crumbs. Sprinkle on top of the above.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Test by inserting toothpick in the middle- when it comes out mostly clean they are ready.
- Cool brownies completely on rack out of oven prior to cutting into squares.
- Enjoy!
