However, why stop at one gesture of love when you can create a tradition that extends the entire month leading up to Valentine&#8217;s Day? Simply use pieces of construction paper (I chose pink and red) to cut hearts (any size works, just make sure they are large enough to write your message).<\/p>\n<p>Next, write a loving and unique message on the front of each individual heart.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, each evening after your child goes to bed secure a new heart to their bedroom door (adding to the ones from previous days- one heart per day). Come Valentine&#8217;s Day, 14 individual hearts will surround your child&#8217;s door.<\/p>\n<p>When they wake up in the morning your child will start each day during the month of love by reading a message about why you love them. (Is your child not old enough to read? Then why not expand upon it?
